Business should play 'major role' in climate change says UN secretary
On 21st – 23rd April the fourth annual meeting of the Business for Environment Global Summit took place, with the UN secretary general Ban Ki-Moon saying business should play a ‘major role’ in the efforts to tackle climate change.
The Business for Environment Global Summit (B4E) is the world’s leading international conference for dialogue and business-driven action for the environment.
According to their website the summit address’s the most urgent environmental challenges facing the world today. CEO’s and senior executive join forces with government leaders and international agencies to discuss important topics such as resource efficiency, renewable energies, new business models and climate policy and strategies.
