Exploiting the full potential of energy efficiency

The International Energy Agency (IEA) has today published a report guiding governments and the private sector on how they can work together, as public-private partnerships (PPPs), to finance energy efficiency measures. This would help overcome the initial barrier to energy efficiency measures: an upfront cost.
