Product Manager
From the time of initial discussions outlining a customer's specific requirements, Opus Energy provides a dedicated Product Manager who will facilitate contract negotiations and will remain at the customer’s disposal for product focused queries throughout the contract life. The Product Manager focuses on using customer feedback to shape and develop future product releases.
Corporate Account Manager
Opus Energy provides all Opus Evolution customers with a dedicated Account Manager who is responsible for delivering a seamless and efficient service. They will be a customer's first port of call throughout the period of supply, from ensuring a smooth supply registration process through to billing and portfolio management.
