Due to the sheer number of sites some of our corporate customers have, we are aware that paper invoicing can take up unnecessary time and money. With this in mind we have made significant developments to Opus’ corporate billing solutions to help streamline your monthly process.  

Opus Energy can now provide all corporate customers with electronic consolidated or multiple site invoices. With this new service you have the opportunity to receive an electronic ‘Account Summary’ or ‘Consolidated Invoice’ on a monthly basis as apposed to paper bills.

• Your portfolio consumption information will be clearly displayed in a spreadsheet format. Enabling you to mange and search for individual site information easily and more efficiently
• Saving time and reducing error – no need to retype information into your own spreadsheets, just copy pre-collated information
• No more large parcels, full of printed invoices for those customers with multiple sites
• You can choose to receive one consolidated invoice or multiple invoices electronically
• Each invoice will contain individual site information
• The invoice will contain a summary of your usage as well as detailed information by individual site
• You will receive your bills instantly to an email of your choice, rather than having to rely on the post
• A single consolidated invoice document is raised per account
• There are no limits on the amount of sites on each accounts consolidated invoice
